Ideal protection for spare parts with direct installation option without previously removing the wax film Properties: Clean protective film, excellent corrosion and oxidation protection, suitable for all climate zones, no surface discolouration. Approvals: Type OKS 2100: NSF H2 (reg. 142256) Type Packing OKS 2301-400ML 400 ml spray can OKS 2301 - mould protection spray Temperature range: -40°C to max. +70°C Field of application: Preservation of bare metal surfaces of all types that are stored for a long period of time and expo- sed to weather conditions. Ideal disposition and storage protection for spare parts with direct installation option. Properties: Highly effective due to good film forming properties with long-lasting water resistance. Ideally suited for ge- nerating anti-slip, greenish protective films. Excellent corrosion and oxidation protection with lubricating effect. Type Packing OKS 2521-400ML 400 ml spray can OKS 2521 - gloss zinc spray Temperature range: +10°C to max. +240°C Field of application: Decorative corrosion protection based on zinc and aluminium powder as a second layer over zinc spray (e.g. OKS 2511) to form a weather resistant surface with aluminium gloss finish. In steel construction and air con- ditioning, for the repair of zinc plating that has been marked or damaged by soldering, drilling or cutting, without subse- quent coats of paint. Suitable as a decorative, gloss finish as with normal zinc sprays. Properties: Highly effective due to proven formula with high zinc and aluminium content. It combines excellent zinc pro- tection with decorative aluminium gloss finish. Full penetration welding, abrasion resistant and can be painted over. Fast- drying. Type Packing OKS 2531-400ML 400 ml spray can OKS 2531 - aluminium metallic spray Temperature range: -30°C to max. +400°C (temporary: up to max. +800°C) Field of application: Coating for tubes and aeration channels, furnaces, boilers, heating systems, containers, exhaust systems, silencers, metal alloy structures in commercial vehicles, repair of mechanically (chips) or chemically (road salt) damaged aluminium rims. Properties: Ideal for exclusive, decorative corrosion protection, universal protective and decorative coating for all mate- rials, high coverage, fast-drying. Type Packing OKS 2511-400ML 400 ml spray can OKS 2511 - zinc protection spray Temperature range: Max. +400°C Field of application: Long-term corrosion protection based on zinc for the first layering. For use in steel construction and air conditioning. Repair of welding seams on zinc-plated surfaces, e.g. after welding, drilling or cutting processes. Primer of ferrous metals, when zinc plating cannot be implemented, e.g. for vehicle or boat repairs, in civil and bridge engineering, in tank and overhead line construction, grids, railings and traffic light posts, exhaust systems, gutters. Also as adhesive primer for coating systems. Properties: Highly effective due to active, cathodic corrosion protection. Wide range of applications as a durable corro- sion protection for thermally stressed metal parts. It supplements the zinc plating and forms a rough holding primer for subsequent coats of paint.
