Non-stick primer for moving threads (e.g. thread spindles), supports, guideways and slideways to prevent stick-slip. Wear-in lubrica- tion for heavily loaded sliding surfaces, e.g. slide bearings, gear drives, crankshafts for generating emergency running properties. Properties: Highly effective due to the strong affinity of the MoS 2 to metals. Lowest possible friction with highest possible resistance: Resistant to water, oils, greases, chemicals and hydraulic media. Type Packing OKS 245-250ML 250 ml brush tin OKS 245-1KG 1 kg container OKS 245-5KG 5 kg hobbock OKS 245 - copper paste with high performance corrosion protection Temperature range: -30°C to max. +150°C (after vaporising the oil contained inside, up to max. +1100°C) Field of application: For assembling hose connections exposed to high temperatures and corrosive effects, such as: on combustion engines, pipe/flange/fitting screw connections from superheated steam pipes, exhaust pipe and combustion chamber screw connections, fastening screws from gas and oil burners, suitable for brake systems of motor vehicles. Properties: To prevent sticking, seizing or rusting of screw connections when exposed to water, completely resistant to water and salt water, extremely adhesive. Type Packing OKS 252-200G 200 g dispenser OKS 252-250G 250 g brush tin OKS 252-1KG 1 kg container OKS 252-5KG 5 kg hobbock OKS 252 - white high temperature paste for the food industry Temperature range: -40°C to max. +160°C (after vaporising the oil contained inside, up to max. +1200°C) Field of application: Lubrication of all types of heavily loaded sliding surfaces with low slide speeds or oscillating move- ments, e.g. for screw, push-in and bayonet connections made of steel or NE metals. Assembly paste and corrosion pro- tection for screws, bolts, pins, sleeves, flanges, spindles and fits in the entire food industry. Separation of threaded connection subject to high temperatures, even after long periods of operation. Properties: Adheres well to metal surfaces, good water resistance and good corrosion protection. Neutral to alloyed steels as it is free of metallic pigments and sulphurous components.
