Field of application: Dry lubrication for temporary operation or long downtimes in dusty environments and with low slide speeds. Properties: Running-in lubricant in combination with oils and greases, has emergency running properties, dries at room temperature. Type OKS Type alternative * Packing OKS 571-400ML PTFESPRAY 400 ml spray can OKS 571 - PTFE bonded coating Temperature range: -180°C to max. +260°C. Field of application: Dry lubrication of sliding surfaces of different materials at low pressures, low slide speeds, and in dusty environments. Properties: Colourless, non-soiling sliding and separating film, prevents tribocorrosion, dries at room temperature. * similar properties (technical data, see starting at page 563) Type Packing OKS 491-400ML 400 ml spray can OKS 491 - gear spray, dry Temperature range: -30°C to max. +100°C. Field of application: Dry lubrication of slowly-turning open pinion gears, steel cables etc., that are exposed to high pressures, dust, or corrosive influences such as outdoor weathering. Properties: Decreases friction and wear, prevents sticking of dust and dirt. Type Packing OKS 111-400ML 400 ml spray can OKS 110-1KG 1 kg container OKS 110-5KG 5 kg hobbock OKS 110/111 - MoS 2 powder, micro-fine Temperature range: -185°C to max. +450°C. Field of application: For improving sliding properties of machine components, devices and precision mechanisms. For long-term and possibly even life-long lubrication. Powder is also suited for incorporation into plastics, seals, packages and sintered metals in order to improve their sliding properties. Properties: Running-in lubricant in combination with oils and greases. Prevents friction and wear, even at high pressures. Good adhesion, even on microfinished surfaces.
