Type Packing OKS 477-80ML 80 ml tube OKS 477-1KG 1 kg container OKS 477-5KG 5 kg hobbock OKS 477 - tap grease for the food industry Temperature range: -10°C to max. +140°C Field of application: Sealing lubrication for adapted sliding surfaces, e.g. ground components such as stopcocks, me- tering pistons, valves, beer taps, etc. Maintenance lubrication for plastic and rubber components such as stuffing boxes, lip seals and O-rings. Roller and slide bearing lubrication for slow-turning parts, gears or chains on bottling and packa- ging machines, agitators, grinders, etc. Properties: Best suited as a sealing lubricant for the food and drink industry, e.g. on bier taps. It is odourless and taste- less and does not affect the properties of the beer froth. Meets strictest standards of hygiene. Resistant to hot and cold water, steam, aqueous-alkaline and acidic disinfectants and cleaning agents. Approvals: NSF H1 (reg. 135750), UBA guideline for drinking water, approval from BPV Weihenstephan OKS 470/471 - white all round high performance grease (also for food technology) Temperature range: -30°C to max. +120°C. Field of application: For heavily loaded roller and slide bearings, spindles and sliding guides, when dark-coloured lu- bricants cannot be used. Properties: Good pressure characteristics, wear-reducing, ageing and oxidation stable, water resistant, hygienically harmless, NLGI Grade 2. Approvals: OKS 470: NSF H2 (reg. 137707). Field of application: For gears with high-pressure and high circumferential speeds. Lubrication of guides and sliding rails. Properties: Very good pressure resistance due to EP additive and solid lubricants. Protects the tooth flanks, even with ex- tended re-lubrication intervals, NLGI class 0. Type Packing OKS 432-400ML 400 ml cartridge OKS 432-1KG 1 kg container OKS 432-5KG 5 kg hobbock OKS 432 - high temperature bearing grease Temperature range: -25°C to max. +190°C. Field of application: For roller and slide bearing at high temperatures and high loads, e.g. for casting ladles, hot air fan, ... Properties: Good temperature and pressure resistance.
